General Terms and Conditions​

• Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) per night and per room.

• Rates are based on current taxes.

• According to the Tourism Tax Act of 2017, hotel guests are liable to the Malaysian Tourism Tax of MYR10 nett per room per night. Upon presentation of the ID card at check-in, Malaysian nationals and permanent residents in possession of MyPR cards are exempt.

• The check-in and check-out times are respectively from 15:00 hours and 12:00 hours.

• The availability of early check-in and late check-out is dependent.

• Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 16:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

• Late check-out from 16:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

• Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

• For online reservations, providing a credit card number obviates the need for a signature and serves as the cardholder's authorization to guarantee the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. For reservations made by phone, fax, or email, a letter of authorization with a signatory is necessary.

• The credit card used to make the reservation must be shown when checking in for a guest who has paid in advance for the stay.

• No pets are allowed.

• No durians are allowed to be consumed in the hotel’s public area or guestroom.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night’s prevailing room rate.

• Peak Period (for bookings with stay on 31 December) - Cancellations made after 01 November including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a full charge of the entire duration of stay.
